Creating Assets Savings & Hope

Cash is a free tax preparation service for families earning less than $42,000 and who want help filing their income taxes.

We will begin taking appointments for the 2008 tax season in January.

You must bring with you:

- W-2 forms	- 1099 Forms	- Photo ID
- Social Security Cards for your spouse and dependents	- Income tax mailings received this year	- Copy of last year's return
- Other receipts:  Education, Child Care, Medical, and housing expenses	- Donation receipts	- Bank account routing numbers

 

A typical year in Madison County:

121,125 meals are provided to homeless individuals

2,168 blood products are distributed in Madison County

1,082 families receive food boxes during the holiday season

1,808 pounds of vegetables are harvested and delivered to aging and homebound clients.

126 wheelchair ramps are constructed to provide mobility to the aging and homebound.
